Return & Refund Policy

We are confident that you and your skin will love Obey Skincare products, however if you do wish to return or exchange a product, we can do so under certain circumstances of products. Please read below.

Refunds: 

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund skincare products due to change of mind, but are happy to exchange any other type of products that are unopened and unused, for a store credit. 

Faulty Items:

If any of our products are found to be faulty, we will happily exchange those, please contact us at hello@obeyskincare.com.au

Exchange / Return Process 

For an exchange or replacement on items other than skin care, please return them along with your proof of purchase, within 7 days from receiving your order. Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of us receiving the returns. The product will be sent back to you at no additional charges if it is due to any faulty items otherwise a normal shipping fee will be payable.

Cancellation Policy: 

Unfortunately we don’t cancel accepted orders, so please choose your products carefully prior to checking out. 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product/order.
